Do you handle council approvals and Dial Before You Dig?
We handle the Dial Before You Dig service location as part of every job. For council approvals, it depends on the scope — retaining walls over 1m typically need engineering certification and sometimes a DA. We can advise what's needed for your project and recommend engineers we work with regularly.
What's your minimum job size?
We're set up for medium to larger jobs — typically $5,000 and up. For smaller works like a short single-course retaining wall, we may not be the best fit, but we're happy to recommend someone.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Beaudesert and primarily service the Scenic Rim, Logan, Gold Coast hinterland and surrounding areas. For larger projects, we can travel further — just let us know the location when you enquire.
Do you supply materials or install only?
We can do either. We have suppliers we work with for concrete sleepers, sandstone blocks, drainage and fill — often at better rates than retail. If you've already sourced materials, we're happy to install only.
What about insurance and licences?
Fully insured with public liability and we hold a current QBCC licence. We can provide certificates on request — most builders and project managers ask for these up front.
How quickly can you start?
Depends on our current workload, but typically we can get to site within 1–3 weeks of accepting a quote. For urgent jobs, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Do you work with other trades on site?
All the time. We regularly coordinate with concreters, plumbers, electricians and builders. We understand sequencing — getting the timing right so other trades can do their work without delays.
